She's currently preparing for a monumental journey - setting a female world record by cycling solo and unsupported from Cape Town to Norway, covering 20,000 kilometres across three continents in just 73 days. Paula shares her journey, challenges and motivations behind this incredible feat. Homework: Reframe a Limiting Belief
Take a word or thought that triggers self-doubt or fear (e.g., "failure") and write about what it truly means to you. Then reframe it, redefine it in a way that empowers you. Write your new belief down, say it out loud and remind yourself of it every day. Pick one small action you can take this week to reinforce your new belief.
