Homework for this week: Rewriting Your "Not Enough" Story
- Identify one area where you often feel “not enough” (e.g., career, relationships).
- Write down the thoughts that come up when you think about this area. Example: "I’m not successful enough."
- Ask: Would I say this to my best friend? If not, why am I saying it to myself?
- Reframe it: What’s a more empowering belief? Example: "I am constantly growing, and my worth isn’t measured by external achievements."
- Take one action to reinforce this belief - something small that aligns with who you truly are.
- At the end of the week, reflect: Did shifting my inner dialogue change how I felt and acted?
