Trapped in a Toxic Job: How Bev Wylie Found Healing and Her True Purpose
In our latest episode of How to Reign When it’s Raining, Mum and I sit down with Dubai-based MindShift and Resilience Mentor Bev Wylie, who shares her powerful story of surviving a toxic work situation, chronic stress and hidden trauma, and how she found healing through movement, mindset work and laughter yoga.
Sometimes, you just need someone to talk to who gets it. Bev has a straight-talking but supportive approach, and is the person you can open up to about anything (but she'll hold you accountable too).
