Transformation & Healing: How to Reign When it's Raining®
How to Reign When it’s Raining is for women who refuse to shrink, settle or stay stuck.
We’re a Mumma–daughter duo blending hypnotherapy, subconscious rewiring, nervous system healing and soul-led truth to help you stop apologising for who you are and start becoming who you were always meant to be.
This isn’t another self-help podcast telling you to “positive-think” your way out of pain.
This is the real work:
- healing what’s beneath the surface
- breaking old patterns
- reclaiming your voice
- and rebuilding confidence from the inside out.
We talk identity.
We talk trauma.
We talk truth.
And we don’t dress it up for comfort.
Every episode brings raw conversation, grounded tools and Reignmaker energy to help you:
- silence self-doubt
- trust yourself again
- and finally live like the woman you keep feeling called to become.
This is where science meets soul.
Where your past stops defining you.
And where you remember who the hell you are.
